

Mother Nature Got Us Again
After a week of watching it rain and hoping for the best, the rain won out again and canceled both nights of the Memorial Day Weekend show at Colorado National Speedway. Jackson Hughes and the rest of the Super Stocks will be back on the schedule on June 20th for the Rocky's Autos Father's Day NASCAR Knockout. All Dressed Up With No Place To Go
After several days of watching and waiting, Colorado National Speedway has been forced to cancel the Memorial Day shows on both Saturday and Sunday. Rain overnight Friday was the deciding factor with some areas of the pits and parking lots covered in 6 inches of standing water. We've got the car out and ready to load up - but nowhere to go. Rain, rain, go away! The 51 Super Stock was all ready to go this weekend, but Mother Nature had other plans. Lots of rain and hail Friday, along with a cold and rainy forecast for Saturday was enough to cancel the races this Saturday. Be sure to put this coming Sunday, May 24 on your calendar. Mile High Harley Night
There was good field of 17 Super Stocks this Saturday. It was supposed to be a combined event with the Pure Stock Division, of which there were 18 cars, so there was no way to try to combine them. Also on the ticket for this race were the Legends with a car count of 25, and Late Models with 20 cars.
